水生環境危害規範本次已依據GHS第8版完成調整，涵蓋急毒性與長期毒性等級，分類邏輯與標示圖式皆已優化更新，為生態保護與環保合規奠定基礎。10項健康危害包含致癌性、致突變性、生殖毒性、特定標的器官毒性（單一與重複暴露）等分類亦全數完成更新，同步納入非動物替代試驗法與QSAR等新興方法，強化科學分類依據與標準化判斷流程。除了稍早完成公告的新增退敏爆炸物、發火氣體與加壓化學品分類優化，本次修訂亦完成其他物理危害項目的調整，包括如爆炸物、氣膠與加壓化學品、有機過氧化物、易燃氣體、易燃固體、禁水性物質、金屬腐蝕性等。
配合CNS 15030全系列標準新增修訂，跨部會包括勞動、環境、農業、消防等化學品安全目的事業主管機關，將協調分別啟動包括《危害性化學品標示及通識規則》、《職業安全衛生設施規則》、《農藥標示管理辦法》及《毒性及關注化學物質管理法》等相關配套法規更新作業。
本次國家標準與聯合國GHS第8版全面調和，有助於強化化學品輸出入國際合規， 以及對本國勞工與消費者保護，降低因化學品分類與標示差異導致技術壁壘與市場限制風險，國際標準調和同時也支持企業ESG與永續供應鏈管理，為企業推動綠色製造與永續標示提供科學化的依據。
